All training courses offered through our online store are digital products (online self-paced courses) delivered electronically. Once a course has been purchased and access has been provided, the sale is considered final.
SYNIOPS does not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for any online training courses purchased through our website. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
If you experience a technical issue during your first-time login that prevents access to your course, please contact our support team at sales@syniops.co.uk.
We will liaise with the vendor to resolve access issues promptly. Please note that ongoing technical issues after successful first login, shall be addressed to the vendor support.
This policy applies to all purchases made through the SYNIOPS online store.
